I'm going to try and organize the forum into different categories. I'd like you suggestion as to what those categories should be. Also, I can create areas with limited access, if necessary.

For example: should we have a New Nurses area? Women only, Men only? Members only? LPN area, Nurse Practitioner category, CRNA... etc

Good idea! Some categories you might want to include are halacha, student nurses (my sis just started last week, and I've encouraged her to join!). And there should definately be a BREAK ROOM area! I don't know about making areas member restricted since I'm sure there are people who aren't ready to commit to joining, but may find some things helpful that they wouldn't be able to see without joining. (On the other hand maybe they would actually be inspired to join so they could read those topics!) Just a thought.

Shows you where my head is at...I thought restricted areas was 'Men only' (oh, that would be 'Man only' ) and Women Only!
