Dear All,
I am posting this with Rivka's permission. I am a nurse in a doctoral program. I am actually, the only Jewish person, I believe in the entire 5 years' worth of students. 1 Italian teacher is married to a Jewish physician.
I am taking a qualitative research course. I am required, for the final project to conduct three interviews of individuals and to transcribe them and write about the interviews. My original topic was " aspects of creation of an online presence in online teaching."
However, after being on this board for months, after some personal experiences, and after reviewing the literature, I wanted to speak with observant Jewish nurses about observance and nursing.
The interview would be approximately an hour. I can meet you wherever is convenient in the NY area or we could do it via Skype. The interview would be taped.
The transcript would be COMPLETELY anonymous and no identifying elements would be included. My 9 classmates and my teacher may see snippets of the interview without any identifiers.
You can stop the interview at any time. You can refuse to answer any of the questions.
I will make a donation of $18 to the charity of your choice in your honor.
Are there three folks here who would be willing to help me finish my homework? I was hoping to do these interviews either during Chol HaMoed or immediately after Pesach as the final project is due 4/29 (the teacher is obviously not Jewish).
Thanks and Chag Kasher v'Sameach.
Bobbie
