Clinical skills are fun! I do have this one woman in my class who has a bad attitude, everything is like "it's hard for us old dogs to learn new tricks." We keep telling her that we have to do it this way, because it's the way they want it done. Once your in the hospital you have to do it the way they want. I got a 90 on my first quiz and a 97 on this online how to test for nursing school quiz we had to do. She got a 70 and kept saying "it's impossible to test, you young people think like young people." I did not want to say to her, I am not so young but whatever. all and all I have a nice group for my clinics But as of now we are 38 out of 40, two dropped already Who would wait that long to get in just to drop out!?

Keep up the good work, I am so proud of you, Your co-student is right, you are young cause you think young. Age has nothing to do with years. I dont think you need her negativity, you have enuf on ur plate, Shabbat SHalom!!

I ended up with an 85 on my first exam, and then we went over a review.
The same woman I posted about above, complained that the teacher had poorly written one of the questions and the teacher went nutz! Not sure how much longer she will last.
That's the worst thing to do after the first test! I was happy I got an 85, two questions were written the wrong way so he gave us credit for those. It looks like he graded the first quiz wrong as well so I ended up with an 85 instead of a 90, but it was the entire class so he's going to adjust everyone so I am hopeful it will be fixed asap.
