I work for a local VA clinic that's contracted out and I would have to give them a 5. Not only have we worked out my Yom Tov scheduling issues without any problem, they actually OFFERED my day off every week to be Friday, even though I told them it would only be an issue in the middle of winter. How much more could I ask for?

do you work day, night or evening shift. I want to say nights, because that's when friday night would make the most sense to have off, rather than Saturday. OR maybe you just never work weekends? Is this clinic strictly out-patient?
I guess the other follow up questions are would you reccomend your employer to other frum job seekers?

I work days, some longer than others, in one of their outpt clinics, no weekends, no holidays. Fridays the clinic is only open until 5 pm, but in the dead of winter that would be a problem. Scheduling probably is different in the actual VA hospitals and less frum-friendly. But if you can get a job in the outpt clinics - go for it!
