I hope that it works out!! Idealist.org has 43 nursing positions listed. There is an interesting position at Goddard Riverside in NYC. There is no experience listed as a requirement. Ohel group living arrangements employ many observant individuals as well. Good luck!

Another idea for positions that can be more Shabbos friendly would be in the areas of risk management or Quality Assurance in a hospital or for a medical malpractice claims and litigation service company or as a claims person in an insurance company working with medical malpractice claims. School nurse positions are also frequently in demand and some agencies staff the substitute spots.
