Since making Aliya is considered a mitzvah (by many leading Poskim) and there are available jobs here - I put this thread under Halacha and Minhag,
I found this site (in English) which details what you must do to have your BSN recognized in Israel
cms.education.gov.il/EducationCMS/Units/Owl/Hebrew/HaskalaGvoha/GuidelinesEvaluationofForeign.htm
The Nursing Dept grows hives if it hears that a person completed a one year program , they dont care that you did 3 years of core subjects prior, and they dont care that you worked your little tail off taking umpteen credits each semester, and fell asleep at the Shabbos table in your (take out) soup. SO I wouldnt tell them that your nursing degree came from a one year school, if asked I would stress the 4 years that you were in college, the 120 credits that you took etc. How and when may be less important. (Please note I am not telling you to lie)
