I survived the first week, but omg my anxiety was so high!!
when we were testing pulse ox machines, the teacher made us get in front of the class and role play. I was so nervous that my pulse went to 107!!!
Now I am trying hard to calm down, and I cannot seem to calm down!
any suggestions?

Next time use the pulse oximeter for biofeedback control of your heart rate.

I made sure to exercise a lot. I enjoyed studying on the treadmill. I think the endorphins really helped my anxiety level.
